A Very Nancy Meyers Sofa with One Kings Lane

You know all about my longtime love of Nancy Meyers and how her films have strongly influenced my interior style since growing up. I live for that cozy, charming, collected space. It makes me happy! I was (and still am) particularly most fond of Father of the Bride (my personal fave). The Mackenzie’s Spanish style home has stuck with me forever—it’s where that dream was born… every time I watch it now I am amazed at the style cues that I subconsciously inherited. It is the dream.

I realized recently, that Nancy might have some pointers on my sofa styling. Pillows just haven’t been a priority so I’ve kept things pretty classic/simple. I decided to go about searching for pillows like I do rugs or art! Finding patterns and color stories that strike me and that I will treasure forever.

Since I am working with One King Lane this season, I’ve spent a lot of time on their site and I have to report that they have the most unique and beautiful selection. And so many! I thought I would share some of my favorites I’ve saved below…

I think Nancy would be pleased with the outcome. One could only hope!

Quick tip: once you decide on a color palette you like, start a Pinterest board and slowly add options. The drag/drop feature is so helpful because you can move the pillow pins around to see which look the best together!

Also! In case you missed it, I have a whole OKL board here… and most everything is on sale right now on their site! xx

So dreamy! I love Nancy Meyers’ films for their interiors too — The Intern and It’s Complicated are my current faves, I think. Exploring your One Kings Lane choices now!
