Getting back into a steady workout regimen... and feeling *strong* again (!) has been the absolute best.
I feel like it's been over a year, really, since I have felt this burst of energy towards my daily pilates practice... to where I am finding myself getting movement whenever and however I can throughout my day—even while in the shower or brushing my teeth or a few min leg lift sesh and a stretch as a break from my laptop!
It's twofold: my body was saying it's go time to rebuild that strength that lies below—and also I suspect fresh shiny workout wear could have inspired this streak as well! Wanted to make note of some of my favorite Net-A-Sporter things! They always have such an incredible selection... x
