It has felt like ages since I barbecued on a patio with a crisp glass of rosé accompanied by delicious crab legs. My girlfriend invited a few of us over for a crab feed dinner with her family, so I brought along my favorite rosé to share. I’ve told you about my love for Josh Cellars… quite frankly–they just absolutely kill it. Ever since Matt’s dad introduced us to their Cabernet Sauvignon a year or so ago, we’ve been hooked. We started our love there, but it led us to try their Legacy Red Blend (which is my #1 go-to now), and just recently gave the Rosé a whirl…I wasn’t surprised that it was just as wonderful. Matt will stop by the store and will bring home a six pack of all Josh in those little wine carriers because we love it so much.

This evening was such a treat– some Leon Bridges playing lightly in the background, wine glass clinking, and a lot of crab-cracking (a la my friend who braved them singlehandedly). There’s nothing quite like a bottle of wine and a great meal that brings people together on a beautiful spring evening.

What I love most about Josh wines is that they are a total crowd pleaser. It’s a label that seems to continue to get passed down the grapevine (you like that one?). From Matt’s family to us, to all of my girlfriends now and hopefully some of you.
