So, now you may have a better idea of why I have been a bit of a gift guide slacker this year! I had grand plans but life happened and I needed to slow down a little bit. I want to share a couple more this week though (anyone else just starting to shop? we’re getting everything checked off this weekend) so we’ll start with the guys.
I share a similar idea each year, but it’s because I’ve nailed down a few trusty can’t-go-wrong gifts that are always well received! I look at my guide as a thoughtful idea that might not be on your guys list, but promise you, he will love.
So a few places I *always* look to this time of year — Marine Layer (best Henley’s, joggers, hoodies, jackets), Vuori (as of last year this became a very favorite place for Matt to shop for workout gear, specifically their tees and shorts, and their joggers are amazing), Mr. Porter (for something special, like a fun pair of Gucci socks or a leather wallet!), J Crew (for the classics… beanies, socks, joggers, button ups), and Vince/Theory (t-shirts, Henley’s, and zip-ups).
I feel like outside of quality basics, gifts for guys are a little more personal based on their style, personality and interests… so hope this helps in some way!
