I don’t believe a woman should limit herself to one signature scent. What’s the fun in that? There are just too many good bottles out there to miss out on. I do play favorites and gravitate to a few more than anything else, but I like to keep my options open and add on to my collection. I spritz each depending on how my mood strikes, the season, the occasion. I also love layering scents and creating something unique that’s my own. Same goes for candles. I buy a few again and again but am always exploring options when popping into my local candle shop. I do gravitate to similar scents and love a good sweet (mandarin, vanilla, rose), but musky scent (woodsy notes). You’ll notice a consistent theme in the notes below.

Chanel ‘Coco Mademoiselle’
This one goes way back to my early twenties. I’ve always had this in stock on my perfume shelf. It’s sexy, fresh, and feminine and always gets complimented. { Notes } bergamot, orange, jasmine, rose, patchouli, vetiver, white musks, vanilla.
Diana Vreeland ‘Devastatingly Chic’
I got this one earlier this year and it’s quickly become a favorite, and *bonus* the bottle is amazing. { Notes } mandarin, pink pepper, spicy carnation, rose blooming, and a blend of woody notes and patchouli.
Tiffany & Co. ‘Eau de Parfum’
A recent new one that smells so so good. It’s simple, timeless, and captivating– just like all of their pretty jewels. { Notes } blue iris, mandarin, musks cocktail.
Ralph Lauren ‘Woman’
This one I just got a couple of weeks back and I’m obsessed. It is perfection in an (absolutely gorgeous) bottle. A few friends came over the day it arrived and went and ordered it themselves. Well done, Ralph Lauren! { Notes } bold tuberose accord and rich vibrant woods.
Jo Malone ‘Peony & Blush Suede’
{ One of } the best for last. I discovered this scent a year or so ago and fell in love. I also highly recommend another scent I adore and wear all the time by JM called Velvet Rose & Oud. I’ve talked about both plenty of times on here. They are the absolute best. I actually had to include it in my candle list below, as well! { Notes } peonies, red apple, jasmine, rose and gillyflower, all mingling with a sensual blush suede.
