A little style update for you! Sometimes these quick notes to share some of my latest finds is so much easier than trying to coordinate shooting photos of everything all at once. Maybe I’m lazy (and still a bit unenthused about having photos taken of me) but I feel like for me (and for you!) this is an efficient way to quickly dish some v important stylish things. It’s exactly how I share favorite finds with my girlfriends. A quick email or text, usually with { urgent } in the subject… you get me. So! Yesterday Santa came early (my BFF delivery guy) and I just have to share with you some major gems.
I went over to my girlfriend’s last night to prep for a Friendsgiving we are hosting this evening, and I had her snap a couple of photos in this new luscious sweater. Bless her heart. She’s a teacher, had a long day and just wanted some wine and to talk tablescapes, but we ran down to her gorgeous alleyway to help paint a picture of why this sweater is so amazing.
Aritzia is a place that I always admire on the web, but just this year started to try them out. One of my first purchases was my sherpa jacket you know by now, which is the cutest. I decided to order a few more things and I was kind of losing my marbles while I opened everything yesterday… Scout was frightened by my excitement. I plan on capturing these things soon, even if just in IG stories, but I just wanted to share asap in case they quickly sell out. 🙂 You know the drill.

This sweater is so good. The oversized fit, the slightly roomy sleeves, it’s so soft and warm and the color is just perfection. I am obsessed. So much so, that I wore it this morning with yoga pants and converse to walk Scout. I am going to be working this thing from all angles (haha).
Okay, the next thing I opened… was this check sweater jacket (in the oak color). I CAN’T. The photos online don’t even do it justice. It is so chic and beautiful. If you need a check piece, this one is such a winner.
The last item from Aritizia is this wrap sweater (in camel), which I am equally in love with. Such a pretty color and fit, and will be so great solo, over a tee, or even over a slip dress, I realized this morning.
Another package came yesterday – Madewell for the win. I have needed a new more feminine cut black denim jacket and I couldn’t resist this one with metallic dots. It reminded me of the Isabel Marant stud denim jacket I have. Love the little dots, such a fun touch! I got it in a size small and it fits me perfectly (true to form with a tiny bit of room). If you want it to be slightly oversized, I would say go up a size for sure!
Ok, this flannel is insane!! The cut is so feminine and I love how the sleeves don’t have a button cuff. It’s a little 3/4 sleeve, and it’s just absolutely brilliant. The colors, the lightweight fabric… I am going to be living in this thing.
I also got this adorable wrap sweater from & Other Stories… such a cutie! Okay, I really do need to stop with the sweaters.

Lastly, I wanted to share some exciting news I found out! Everlane jeans right now (today only I believe) are $50! So in love with this particular pair and also have been living in my kick crop jeans as well. In case you’re needing to add some denim to your fall wardrobe, today is a good day.
