Comfort has always been a prerequisite for my style preferences—”in lieu of PJ’s” is one of my sartorial moods. Enter silk pants and samba combo… the dream! Full outfit linked here (and would love for you to follow along over on LTK, I am utilizing it much more these days.
I’m excited to bring you more full-look style inspiration again to my blog as well. Truthfully, pandemic / pregnancy set me off track—and to be blunt, I’ve always cringed at the sentence—hey babe, can you take a picture of me? And after all this time, I still don’t love it. So, while I will still ask my SO every so often for a quick documentation of a look, I capture them just fine in the mirror.
Let’s chat sizing. For the tank, I went up a size (I got an M). Pants are sold out but very similar style here, I got an XS—I have noticed that Doen silk bottoms run a tiny big (I’m usually a 26 in jeans, smaller bum, and am 5’6). Jacket is meant to be oversized, I got my normal size (US 4). I’m sorry, but the Sambas are sold out. I will keep an eye out for a similar version or a restock! Row park tote—I have collected a few of these over the last handful of years, they are the best. x
