We spent months curating these playlists for all of the individual portions of our wedding weekend… and I am so excited to share them with you! From indies to oldies, bright and cheerful to soulful romance… these are amazing to play in the background of almost any setting. I love listening to rehearsal dinner and wedding dinner while I cook and over meals, and cocktail hour for backyard bbq’s or when I have friends over for wine.
We wanted to incorporate the bands/artists we’ve loved listening to/going to concerts together over the years –– Lumineers, Lord Huron, The Head & The Heart, Local Natives, Coldplay, Leon Bridges, Hozier, Empire of the Sun –– and then wanted some from our childhood and growing up, songs that are light, fun, and upbeat.
We will be getting our wedding photos back in a week or so(!!), so I will be sharing more then about the songs we did for walking down the aisle, Matt and my intro as Mr. & Mrs., and our first dance. SO looking forward to telling you all about every detail so soon. xx
