6 Fall Trends Still Alive For Spring

Fall 2017 was chockfull of the most beautiful and covetable trends. The details, textures, playful silhouettes, unique and special pieces our closets crave. I loved so many things, and I’m excited to take a handful with me into spring.

As I’m sure you noticed over the years, neutral pieces have reigned supreme in my closet. But things have changed because I am ALL about the color! I love the pops of personality and realized that even though I do love my nude and blacks, there’s more fun to be had with a punchy pop.

I thought I would share what I’m most excited to wear these next few months. So here we go…

Fall Florals and Polka Dots

Florals are surely not out of the ordinary for spring, but this may be the first time ever I feel I just can’t have enough. I also never thought I’d touch polka dots, but quite frankly, it’s all my eyes gravitate too as of late!

Reinvented Classics

The school boy blazer has made a very big comeback in the chicest way. So many beautiful slimming cuts that have a perfect balance of masculine with feminine flare. I also want everything from DVF right now– so many timeless staples but with Diane’s magic touch.

Rounded Details

I love the round handle trend and am now gravitating toward shoes (like Dorateymur) and accessories with the same vibe. It’s such a modern and unique touch on simple pieces that give it such an elevated statement.

Mules and Slides

I could have put the spotlight on something a little less obvious, like shearling, which I’m very excited about, but have too many good ones on my list not to share. I just ordered these, and can’t even.

Structured Satchels

I’m loving the unique silhouettes, the bold colors, and the personality found in so many pieces right now. A few brands who have such beautiful bags for fall: Little Liffner, VereVerto, and Tory Burch.
