A couple of years ago, while perusing a design magazine, Skagerak, a Danish furniture label caught my eye. I saved the most charming teak outdoor oval table (from their Selandia collection) to my dream home wishlist before we bought a house, and earlier this spring we decided to get it for our garden courtyard. I knew I would love it and that it would be glorious in person, but it just continued to win my heart over with time. I’m absolutely obsessed with it!
It has become such a prized piece in our outdoor spaces, so while looking for a smaller table to add to the backyard we knew we wanted to continue to collect from Skagerak. Could not love our new set more! It’s from their Drachmann collection. We set it alongside a palm tree in our yard that we love and plan to use it as a garden table! After our trip last weekend, we decided to create a big veggie garden behind the trellis wall, so this will serve as a little area to hang, sip coffee, set tools down while gardening, etc.!
The pieces we have now will last us for generations and patina beautifully with time. I am such a fan of them and look forward to collecting more from their exquisitely crafted creations, I really can’t say enough good things. Lots of goodness to browse here if interested! x
