Coconut Cinnamon Latte

So excited to have figured my way around my sweet tooth when it comes to coffee drinks! I confess, I used to order the festive lattes from Starbucks, which have *so much* sugar. I have officially mastered this healthy alternative and it’s so creamy, subtly sweet, and delicious! I wanted to make note of how I make this each day in case you’re interested in giving it a go…

What you’ll need

Milk Steamer (mine is old but this one looks good!)
Coconut Collagen Powder
Califia Unsweetened Almond Milk
Just Date Syrup
Cinnamon
Espresso (I use my Nespresso machine and love the Voltesso pods)

How to make it (order is everything!)

Make 2 shots of espresso. Add 1/3 cup of almond milk to milk steamer and turn it on. Once it’s steaming, add in one big squeeze of date syrup (natural sweetener!), then 3-4 dashes of cinnamon, and then a tablespoon of the coconut collagen powder. Lastly, add in the 2 shots of espresso and let everything mix. once it’s done, you’ll have a frothy latte to enjoy! xx
