It’s the end of an era, make that two… a little life update to catch up, and share some exciting news with you guys! 🙂
Today is the last day of my twenties… so strange! I wished for sunshine (my birthday is always one extreme or the other: pouring rain and freezing or sunshine and full-on spring vibes) and it looks like the storm has passed… so cheers to that. We celebrated over drinks this past Saturday, and I have dinner with a few girlfriends tomorrow night. I’m actually really excited to close one big chapter of my life and start fresh with the next.
In other news, I’ve been super busy working on a couple projects I’m really proud of and look forward to sharing this next month. I’ve always really loved compiling and editing videos, so you’ll be seeing some of that content soon. As you know, I’m not the type to chat at my camera, not really a fan in general of being in front of the camera, but I feel like this will be a good way for you guys to get to know me a little bit better and hopefully enjoy some inspiring mini flicks! I have been shooting a lot of style content as well, which I hope you guys like to see! I am sure you know by the last few posts, but I am rebuilding my closet after hitting a major rut and have been much more thoughtful with what I buy. It’s so refreshing to be excited to pick an outfit each morning. So much more of a breeze when you genuinely love it all.
So, the most exciting news I have for you today…. { drum roll, please } we found an apartment!! Only took 6-7 months of looking, but we are moving April 1st and I cannot wait! Matt found a listing on Friday afternoon and we saw it that night and locked it down. I’ve been dreaming of a big bright, updated kitchen, and our new home definitely delivers. We also have appliances like a dishwasher (the dream!), all beautiful and stainless steel. We have washer & dryer in unit, praise the lord! Tons of natural light, dark hardwood floors, Carrara marble, subway tile… I mean! We will still be living in the Marina, just closer to Union Street. I’ll give you guys a sneak peek once we can go back and check it out before move-in.
