My Week in Pictures 1.24.22

Syrah in the garden on Sunday (avoiding football) with Scout! I will let you guys know when this vintage is released on Cuvaison, favorite Syrah ever.

Wearing my favorite winter knit purchase (I have it in 3 colors, it’s that good)—I live in this! Sunnies are very old from Need Supply (who I think sadly went out of business). Here is a slightly lighter tortoise option. Just ordered them, they are on their way to me!

When Matt and I used to go on walks around SF, I would always notice Camellias and told him when we have a house someday, I hoped to have them in our garden. Funny enough, there’s a big tree in our front yard that we had no idea was a camellia when we moved in last fall because the buds were not even ready yet, so it was such a happy surprise last spring! Since we have bought about 8 or so for around our outdoor spaces. They are my absolute favorite!! My ideal, too—they keep their leaves year round and remain green and when the blooms come to light they are truly treasured!

Another Gigi bracelet arrived this week! I collect her pieces, they make me so happy.

Grace is becoming hammier by the day—I feel we are going to always have our hands full with this little lady. She’s definitely going to be a funny one!

Lots of nurseries visits lately as we sort some last things out to finish up on our main foundation. And then once we are done (hopefully in the next month or so) it’ll be a perfect blank canvas to plant pretty blooms and veggies this spring! So excited, it’s coming along so nicely.

Grace and my first trip to a nursery together. She loved it! 🌼

Pretty poppy snap from my office…

Favorite morning activity as of late are walks with my bub and a podcast. He is so smiley and happy lately it is everything! I think he’s a spring guy himself… x
