Camellias bursting to life with signs of spring on the horizon and those petals just bring me an immense amount of joy. They are unreal gorgeous.

Still on an experimenting kick—last week I baked Iceberg lettuce in the oven with lots of olive oil on 300º for 15 and then added blue cheese and put back in the oven for 5 more minutes. Top with marcona almonds and sea salt to taste… so delicious!
