Last time we chatted earrings, was about a year ago when I realized, contrary to my minimal tendencies, I love a good statement earring. This was new for me then, as I don’t wear earrings 90% of the time, but there are some really beautiful creations floating around the web that are too good not to try. So, I did…and here we are–still onboard the trend. I’m very particular though (in most way these days, lbh). I really don’t want to look overly done, or too girly. Between the pieces I pick out and the outfits I wear them with, there has to be balance. If it’s more of a modern pair, I am okay teaming with a dress/something romantic. If it’s a beaded number (like these babes from Zara) that are a little more fem, I like to ground them with something more masculine, like a graphic tee or easy basic. If I’m wearing statement earrings, I keep all other jewelry to the very minimum. These beauties do all the talking. So, now that we’ve laid down the groundwork… here are my favorites for summer below!
