Things on Our List for a Week in London
Featured Image: RMW London

Taking off on Monday for London so the countdown is officially on! I am just getting around to mapping out plan options for the week and thought I would share the list I have so far since I’ve been doing a little research this morning. We have an abundance of restaurants to choose from, albeit we definitely base our trips around meals, so do let me know if we missed a major must.

I am so excited to explore London for my first time. This trip came to life in early July, so the spontaneity and reason why we are going make it all the more thrilling! So looking forward to this adventure and to share it with you. Here’s what we’ve got:

Food + Drink

Granger & Co, King’s Cross

By far the most recommended! The food looks amazing and all of their locations (they have a few throughout London) look so unique and beautiful. We are planning on going here for brunch. The menu is ‘Australian’: sunny, easy-going and generous.

I found this one online down a London guide rabbit hole. I’m hoping we can make it here for a glass of wine or two and marvel over this interior.

Shoreditch House

We have a reservation here one of the first nights we get in, and I’m so excited! This has been on my running list and looks so beautiful. But Soho House really can do no wrong…

Thomas’s at Burberry, Mayfair

I’ve had this bookmarked on my phone for a while now – their breakfast looks so delicious and in such a beautiful setting.

Bourne and Hollingsworth Buildings, Clerkenwell

An absolute must on my list! Both the garden cafe and the bar are insanely cute and have such great reviews. Just seat me in that cane settee and all will be well in the world. I need that in my apartment.

Landmark London, Marylebone

I mean, does this picture say it all, or what? Going to need to spend a little time here. What a gorgeous hotel!

Evelyn’s Table, Chinatown

A newer Italian spot that looks so romantic and cozy. We may do this our first night to settle in properly. Italian is our love language, so this will be a must.

Daphne’s, Chelsea

We were told to come here for a drink, so it’s on our list! Matt and I are going to go to a soccer game on Saturday, so think we will stop in before.

La Fromagerie, Marylebone

Going to pop in here (if the weather permits) and grab cheese, bread, wine for a little Hyde Park picnic!

The Monocle Cafe, Marylebone

A cliché I must participate in. I can’t wait to pick up coffee from this little icon café.

Shops

Alex Eagle Studio, Soho

One of my favorite online retailers to explore unique, fun finds. Cool home goods, cutting edge new designers– it’s just such a treasure trove of goodness, so I have to go see it in person!

Ace & Tate

I discovered Ace & Tate earlier this year and am in LOVE with their sunnies. They don’t ship to the US (I don’t believe), so am going to make it a point to get in here and pick up at least one pair. Such amazing styles, they really need to open a store in the US!

Explore

King’s Road
Kew Gardens
Westbourne Grove
Hyde Park

Let me know if there are any other must-see/do things! xx
